Jackie serves as the Student Services Manager at the Lally School of Management, where she supports students across undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral programs. She is dedicated to empowering students to grow as leaders and professionals while enhancing their overall educational experience. Jackie is especially passionate about fostering meaningful connections between students and alumni, creating valuable professional development and career opportunities that strengthen the Lally community.
Kaitlyn MacLeod serves as the Director of Development at the Lally School of Management, where she leads strategic advancement and fundraising initiatives that fuel academic excellence and innovation. She is dedicated to fostering strong alumni engagement and cultivating philanthropic partnerships that create meaningful opportunities for students, faculty, and the broader RPI community. With a background in state government, lobbying and higher education development and relationship management, Kaitlyn brings a collaborative and mission-driven approach to her work, aligning alumni interests with institutional priorities to support long-term growth and impact.
