The Lally Hub is staffed by experienced advisors who provide academic support to undergraduate students and administrative support to graduate students in the Lally School of Management. We assist students in reaching their academic goals, creating individualized Plans of Study, and addressing curriculum-related questions.
Location
Lally Student Services is located in the Pittsburgh Building, Suite 3200. Upon entering the building, you will find us through the first door on the right.

Jackie serves as the Student Services Manager at the Lally School of Management, where she supports advising services for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. She is dedicated to empowering students to develop professional, leadership, and career-readiness skills beyond the classroom while fostering a culture of success across the Lally community. Jackie advises undergraduate students in Finance, Markets, and Emerging Technology and is committed to enhancing the academic and co-curricular experience for every student. Jackie enjoys unwinding at home with her family and their four-legged companion, Nacho.
Maggie brings warmth and expertise to her role advising Lally students. She guides BMGT students from their first day through graduation and beyond! Maggie makes navigating college life easier. When not empowering future business leaders, she enjoys time at home with her husband and their two adorable dogs, Blueberry and Snowflake.
Emilee earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University at Albany and is currently pursuing her M.S. in Marketing at Southern New Hampshire University. She serves as the Event and Social Media Coordinator for the Lally Hub, where she brings creativity and energy to student life. Emilee also supports doctoral students as PhD Coordinator, advising on schedules and coordinating travel. Passionate about student success and building community, she enjoys hiking and relaxing at home with her husband, three cats, and two dogs.
Jeanne earned her B.S. in Education from SUNY Fredonia and her M.S. in Literacy Education from the University of Scranton. She spent over a decade as an elementary school teacher and also served briefly as an adjunct instructor at SUNY Oneonta. In 2022, Jeanne transitioned fully into higher education by joining the academic advising team at RPI, serving the B.S. in Information Technology and Web Science students as well as the M.S. in Information Technology students. She is passionate about supporting students and meeting their individual needs to help them succeed throughout their RPI journey. Originally from Skaneateles, NY, Jeanne moved to the Capital Region in 2020. Outside of work, she stays busy with her three young sons and enjoys spending time outdoors, crocheting, and caring for animals.
Sarah earned her B.A. in Studio Art from the University of Southern Indiana in 2019. Since entering the professional world, she has worked as a woodworker, a historic home tour guide, and in administrative roles within universities. As of 2025, Sarah is the Graduate Program Administrator for the Lally MBA and MS students. Her hobbies include drawing, painting, sewing, playing Stardew Valley, and spending time with her fiance and their two mischievous cats.
