The Lally Management Student Association (LMSA) is looking to start a Peer Mentorship Program and would like to gauge the interest of students.  

The purpose of the LMSA Peer Mentorship Program is to help undergraduate students thrive at Rensselaer and within the Lally School by pairing them with an undergraduate senior or a graduate student who is familiar with the systems and programs at Rensselaer. 

Through the mentorship program, undergraduate Lally students would have the opportunity to:

• Gain insight from their upperclassmen and graduate peers.
• Get guidance on internship and job searches: applications, interviews, cover letters, etc.
• Establish connections that can pave the way for future networking and opportunities.
