Dr. Tahseen Hasan is a Lecturer of Accounting at the Lally School of Management. He has previously served as an Assistant Professor of Accounting at West Virginia University Institute of Technology and as a Visiting Scholar at the Stern School of Business, New York University. Dr. Hasan earned his Ph.D. from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Bachelor's degree from Fordham University. Dr. Hasan's research interests include financial accounting, behavioral accounting, financial reporting, corporate social responsibility, machine learning, cryptocurrency, and blockchain. His research has been published in notable journals such as the Journal of Business Finance & Accounting, The British Accounting Review, and the Journal of Financial Stability.
